What do I do if I have a time-out or if the network goes down?

Occasionally, a network outage will occur that may last more than 30 minutes. If such an outage occurs and it is planned, we will inform you in advance. If the outage is not planned and your service is not restored within 30 minutes, please call our Customer Support Centre desk at 1-888-423-2333.
