What do I need for Multi-Room DVR?

A Customer Care Representative will help you determine whether you need new or additional receivers, and will add the Multi-Room DVR service to your account.

The representative will then schedule an appointment for a Technician to visit your home to install and activate your Multi-Room DVR service. The Technician will bring and install the new receivers during the appointment to install Multi-Room DVR service (and will return any receivers you no longer need).

Equipment: You'll need Northwestel's latest HD DVR (Motorola DCX3510) for one of your TVs, and at least one HD non-DVR receiver for your other TVs.
