How can I manage my Cable services online?

Cable Anytime

Cable Anytime is a self-serve option that allows you to access your cable account online. Once you have signed up for Cable Anytime you will be able to:

  • View you PPV Order History
  • Enable/Disable PPV Purchases
  • Refresh your equipment (use this function if channels are missing or if the channel lineup on your digital box is not visible)

Sign up for Cable Anytime to manage your Cable services online. Your Cable Anytime login is also used for TV on the Go apps, and for Crave TV (if you subscribe).

You will be asked to create a password and provide an email address, your account number, the phone number on your account, and the amount on your last bill. If you have not received your first bill, you will need to call our customer service team at 1 888 423-2333 to register. After you have registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided from Northwestel Cable <billing@theedge.ca>. By clicking the link to activate your account you will gain access to Cable Anytime services.
