Why am I getting an On Demand error?

On Demand requires two-way communications from your Digital Box to the broadcaster. Sometimes this communication flow can get interrupted by factors such as a weak signal, or old wiring in the home, etc. If On Demand won’t load or you are getting an error message, try refreshing your Digital Box by simply signing in to Manage Your Account and selecting the "Refresh Channel Guide" option. In the event that refreshing does not work you may need to do a hard reset:

  1. Unplug your Digital Box from the power source.
  2. Wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and let your box reload
  3. It will take about 10-15 minutes for the reload to complete.

Note: It could take up to an hour before your Guide shows all information again after a reset. Until then, the Guide may only display a “To Be Announced” message.
