How do I move my services?

Call  1 888 423-2333 at least three weeks in advance to get set up in your new location.

Plan ahead to make your move as smooth as possible.

  • To ensure that your services are installed professionally and efficiently, we will work with you to pick a tech visit time that is most convenient for you.
  • If your home phone is the only service that is moving and the new address still has a working line, a tech visit is not required.
  • Be prepared to show proof of residency at the new location such as a lease, rental agreement or  proof of ownership.
  • Remember to pack up all your equipment and bring it with you to your new address. This does not include Cable Home Phone Digital Voice Modem.
  • A fee of $68.25 will be added to your next bill with the move of any phone.
