Why can't I see all previous recordings from my networked receiver?

If you had recordings already stored on your main DVR at the time Multi-Room DVR was activated, at first you may not see all previous recordings on your networked receivers. To fix this, you'll need to reset your networked receivers.

To reset the receiver, unplug the receiver from the power source, wait one minute, then plug the receiver back in. This will re-initiate the channel guide download process, and once completed you should see all recordings listed on your main DVR from your networked receiver.
