Refresh: You can refresh your Digital Box by signing in to Manage Your Account and selecting the "Refresh Channel Guide" option. In the event that refreshing does not work you may need to do a hard reset.
Hard Reset: Resetting the Digital Box can often help if you are experiencing problems with your TV, such as poor picture quality or not being able to see recently added channels. For Pulse TV, you may need to reset either the gateway (the main box) or the media player.
- Unplug the power cable for the Box from the wall socket.
- Wait about 15 seconds, and then plug it back in again.
- Wait between at least 1 minute.
- Power back on your Digital Box by pressing the power button on the front panel or on the remote control. It will take up to a few minutes to load the guide. For Pulse TV, devices will power up automatically once you reconnect the power.
Note: Make sure your TV's input source is set to your receiver (normally HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.).
