How do I move my services?

Call  1 888 423-2333 at least three weeks in advance to get set up in your new location.

Plan ahead to make your move as smooth as possible.

Please Note:

  • A technician visit may be required. To ensure that your services are installed professionally and efficiently, we will work with you to pick a tech visit time that is most convenient for you.
  • Depending on which services you are moving, and if the new location has had previous service, a technician visit may not required.
  • The fee to move your service(s) will be charged on your next invoice after the move. The amount will depend on which services are being moved and if a technician visit is required. We can quote the fee to move your services with the exception of inside wiring and materials, if required.
  • Be prepared to provide proof of residency when you contact us to initiate your move order. It may be in the form of a lease, rental agreement, or proof of ownership.
  • Remember to pack up all your equipment and bring it with you to your new address. Exception: Do NOT remove the Cable Home Phone Digital Voice Modem - it must stay at the current premise.
