Can I change the prompting on my Voice Mail so I don't have to wait for all the different message prompts to access the system?

There is no way to completely turn off the prompting; however, you can change the speed and extent of the prompts, by doing the following:

1. Go to Menu 4 - Personal Options
2. Go to Menu 2 - Administrative Options
3. Press 3 to change prompt level:
   • Press 1 for the standard prompts
   • Press 2 for the extended prompts
   • Press 3 for the rapid prompts.

Please note: The option to change your prompts, as outlined above, is not available in Iqaluit.
