Why can’t I see channels I’ve recently added?

If you can’t see channels you recently added to your programming package, you may need to refresh your equipment. Do this online using Manage your Cable Account

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Under Your Account, click Refresh All Equipment.
  3. A Refresh button will appear. Click it to reset your Digital Box (this will refresh all of your equipment).

Refreshing your equipment can also help with issues like poor picture quality. You may have to do a manual reset by unplugging your Digital Box and plugging it back in again.
