The Pulse TV Smart Guide now includes the YouTube app, accessible by pressing the Menu button on your remote and navigating left < or right >.
Manage your Internet usage by disabling Autoplay in YouTube
YouTube will continue to play video clips one after another unless you disable the AutoPlay feature in YouTube settings.
While you are in YouTube:
- Go to “Settings”, scroll over to “Autoplay”, and press the “OK” button.
- Hit the back button to go back to the YouTube homepage.
Make sure you exit YouTube before you turn off your TV
Before you stop watching TV, make sure you properly exit YouTube before turning off your TV. If you do not exit the application, YouTube will continue to play (see “disable autoplay”).
To exit, press the “back” button on your remote until you are promoted to “Exit” and click “Yes”.
It takes a long time to load YouTube
Once you have clicked YouTube, it will take between 10-15 seconds to open the YouTube application.
YouTube isn't an option in the main TV Menu
You may not subscribe to an Internet package, so Netflix and YouTube have been disabled. Please call 1-888-423-2333 to subscribe to an Internet service that suits your needs.
Note that if you have internet, you can show or hide the YouTube app by going to Settings > Menu Customization.Print
