Upgrade or downgrade your internet package anytime as your need for connection speed or usage allotment (how many 'gigs' you get each month) changes by calling us @ 1-888-423-2333.

Whenever you change your package, you'll always get the higher usage allotment for the entire current month. Note that you can only upgrade if you're not already on the highest tier available where you live.

There is no one-time charge to upgrade or downgrade your internet package unless you downgrade your package within 90 days of an upgrade, in which case there will be an order processing charge.
